This site has no forms and no login, so it collects nothing you type.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are running. They set cookies and record how the pages get used: which parts people read, where they tap, roughly what city the visit came from. None of it identifies you.
Tapping WhatsApp or the phone number opens your own app. Anything you send there is covered by WhatsApp's terms, not ours.
When you move in
Admission needs your Aadhaar card and one passport-size photo. We keep those as your resident record while you stay, with your name, phone number and rent payments. We don't sell it and we don't share it for marketing. We hand it over only if the police or a government authority require it by law.
CCTV
14 cameras cover the entrance, corridors and parking. Footage stays on site for a limited period and gets looked at only if something happens.
